What data we collect
When you send a message through the contact form or website inquiry questionnaire, we may process your full name, email address, phone, company name, website, project description, requested functionality, timeline, and message content that you choose to send.
If you contact us by email, we process the information you choose to send.
Why we use data
We use the data to respond to inquiries, suggest next steps, prevent spam, and manage business communication that you initiated.
Google reCAPTCHA and form protection
The contact form may use Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam. The questionnaire and forms may also use technical protection such as a form token and hidden anti-spam field.
Contact event records
We count successfully submitted forms separately from phone and email clicks. Records contain the time, event type, language and public page path where contact was initiated. They do not contain message content, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses or visitor identifiers. A click does not confirm that a call took place or an email was sent.
Click measurement sets no cookie and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Request throttling uses a hash of the IP address separately from contact event records; the hosting provider may keep its own access logs.
Cookies
The website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or marketing cookies. Contact and inquiry pages use a PHP session cookie to protect the form, display submission status and prevent duplicate sending on refresh. The session may also store the public page path from which you opened the form, so a successful inquiry can be associated with website content.
Data retention
Inquiry data is kept as long as needed to reply, continue communication, and maintain reasonable business records. If you want correction or deletion of data you sent, contact us by email.
