Before choosing technology, list the content you will update: services, team profiles, projects, articles or a catalog. Decide who enters information, who approves it and whether different access levels are needed. This gives you consistent requirements for comparing proposals.

When WordPress makes sense

WordPress is a reasonable choice when standard features and maintained plugins fit the project, particularly if your team already knows the administration interface. Include licensing, plugin compatibility, backups and update responsibilities in your estimate. The broad ecosystem is useful, but a plugin should be assessed with actual content and the intended hosting.

When to consider a custom CMS

A custom CMS is useful when administration needs specific content fields and relationships. A catalog might have categories, specifications, galleries and different presentation options. Instead of freely changing every page layout, editors fill in agreed fields. A tailored administration system still needs maintenance, documentation and an agreement on future changes.

CMS choice and advanced SEO structure

A platform name does not guarantee Google rankings. Check whether editors can manage titles, descriptions, URLs, image alternative text and internal links. Crawlable content, canonical and language annotations, performance and useful pages all matter. Neither custom development nor WordPress automatically guarantees security or speed.

Editing content in our CMS

The current CMS screenshot shows language tabs and content fields. An editor opens a record, chooses the Serbian or English version and changes the title and body in the designated fields, then checks the public page. The screenshot contains a demonstration entry, not private client data.
